We offer a 7-day return policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item within 7 days of receiving it, provided it is in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging. We recommend trying the shoes on a clean and smooth surface to prevent damage to the sole or footbed, as worn or damaged items may not be eligible for return.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at Info@solidshoesstudio.com with your order details. Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how to send the item back.
3. Refund Policy
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 7 days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
